Free Facebook Strategy That Will Give Your More Leads Today

Are you getting tired of spending money on Facebook Ads?

Do you feel that all this money that you spend is not effective in giving your quality leads?

This isn’t to say that all ads are a waste of money, but they can often be of low value and sometimes provide very little return. Especially in real estate this can be true because we don’t have the certainty of an hourly income or a marketing assistant to sort out all ads and strategies for us.

You are running a business, but sometimes we have to be more creative in receiving our leads.

Facebook is still an excellent place for real estate professionals and salespeople to promote themselves online.

Today I’m going to tell you how to get free leads from Facebook and what you need to do to replace your monthly ad budget without spending a single dollar!

This strategy is part of our 10×10 Real Estate Marketing strategy. We call is the Facebook network builder.

Let’s say you’ve got an ad budget of $ 1000 per month.

Now what can this get you on Facebook.

To make this effective, you’d need to touch 20 people per day for 30 days and spend $1,60 per click.

In other words:

20 touches X 30 days X $1,60 per click = $1,000 per month

Now, let’s get into the Facebook Network Builder and see how this works.

The Facebook Network Builder

Step 1

The first thing you’ll want to do is install the Facebook App and the Facebook Messenger App on your phone.

Step 2

Now use the Facebook App to friend request 10 people.

Who should you friend? Try these groups to start:

· College friends

· Friends of friends

· Friends of the family

· Friends of your siblings

· People from a group

· Neighbors

· Old co-workers

Once you’ve sent out your requests close the app! Don’t start scrolling through your feed or waiting to see who accepts your request. Move on to the next step!

Step 3

Send out 10 messages to old friends via the Messenger App.

Choose contacts you haven’t talked to in at least one month and send them this message:

Hey Jane! Did you see that [game/movie/weather/event/festival] yesterday? It was awesome. How are you doing lately?

Then close the app and get back to what you were doing.

That’s it!

You’ve just touched 20 people for free and saved yourself $40! And now you’ve also set yourself up to get more exposure, engagement and ultimately more leads.

To succeed in the Facebook Network Builder you need to hold yourself accountable and keep up your efforts for at least one month.

Print this out and hang it on your wall:

This really works!

If you connect with 10 people every day on Facebook that’s 50 people per week you’re reaching, plus 50 extra conversations you’ve started through Facebook Messenger that can easily turn into new leads.

Now 100 people know about you.

Also, consider that over 50% of people will buy or sell real estate in the next 3 years. So, the people you’re reaching out to on Facebook are simply going to need you.

Above all, Facebook is a social network and this means it’s the place people are meeting, sharing and talking. And what this means for you is that you don’t need to spend money there to get leads.

You just have to take action.

The Facebook Network Builder is one way for you to take massive action.

And get results.

Ready to start the challenge?

Share with your network and let them know what you’re doing!

It’s proven that people who share their goals publicly follow through more.

I hope you accept! NOW, take massive action. Don’t be passive, but be active. Only real executioners will see massive results in their business.

Are you one of them?
